RYZA provides AI security and governance consulting services. This policy explains, in plain language, what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple because we only collect what we need to help you.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us directly:
- Contact form submissions: your name, work email, company, role/title, industry, employee count, and the message you send us.
- Maturity Check: your email address — collected only when you request a personalized one-pager — along with the answers and resulting maturity tier from the assessment.
We do not require you to provide an email to view your on-screen Maturity Check result. An email is only collected if you ask us to send the one-pager.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss how we can help your organization.
- To send the personalized Maturity Check one-pager you requested.
- To keep a record of legitimate business inquiries and engagements.
We do not use your details for unrelated marketing without your consent.
We do not sell your data
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers that help us operate (for example, our email delivery provider), and only to the extent needed to provide the service you asked for.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, deliver requested materials, and meet legitimate business and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Requesting deletion
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, email us at info@ryzacloud.com. We will respond promptly and remove your data unless we are required to retain it.
